Getting Started

What is PO2SO?

PO2SO is an AI-powered service that automatically converts purchase orders (POs) into sales orders (SOs) in your Odoo ERP. Instead of manually reading PDFs and entering data, PO2SO uses advanced AI to extract order information and create sales orders automatically.

How do I start a free trial?

Click "Start For Free" on our homepage. Enter your email, create a password, and you're in. No credit card required.

What do I need to get started?
  • An active Odoo instance (version 16, 17, 18, or 19)
  • An Odoo API key
  • Your Odoo URL

We'll guide you through the setup after you sign up.

How do I generate an API key in Odoo?

In Odoo:

  1. Go to Settings → Users & Companies → Users
  2. Select your user
  3. Click the API Keys tab
  4. Click New API Key
  5. Copy the key immediately (it won't be shown again)
Which Odoo versions are supported?

PO2SO supports Odoo 16, 17, 18, and 19 — both Community and Enterprise editions.

It works with Odoo.sh, Odoo Online, and self-hosted installations.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade Plan. Select your new plan and enter payment details. The upgrade takes effect immediately.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. The downgrade takes effect at your next billing date.

What happens if I exceed my order limit?

You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. Orders beyond your limit are queued until you upgrade or your next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — save 20% with annual billing. Contact us or select "Annual" when upgrading.

Features & Functionality

How does PO2SO work?
  1. Forward PO emails to your unique PO2SO address (or upload PDFs)
  2. AI extracts customer, products, quantities, and prices
  3. System matches to your Odoo contacts and products
  4. Sales order is created automatically in Odoo
  5. Low-confidence orders go to review queue first
What file formats are supported?

PDF (recommended), JPG, and PNG. Maximum 25 MB per file.

How accurate is the AI extraction?

PO2SO typically achieves 99% accuracy. Low-confidence orders are flagged for review before being processed.

What is the confidence threshold?

The default confidence threshold is 95%. Orders above this threshold are auto-processed. Orders below go to your Review Queue for manual verification. You can adjust this threshold in Settings.

Can my customers submit POs directly?

Yes! Invite customers to the Customer Portal where they can upload POs and track order status. Available on Growth plan and above.

What if a customer or product isn't found?

The order goes to your review queue. You can manually match it or enable auto-creation of missing records in Settings.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We don't store PO documents after processing.

Where is my data hosted?

Our servers are hosted in Australia (Sydney) with AWS.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Contact privacy@po2so.com to request data deletion.

Account Management

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Contact billing@po2so.com.
