What is PO2SO?
PO2SO is a SaaS tool that automatically extracts data from purchase order PDFs and creates sales orders in your Odoo ERP system. It uses artificial intelligence to read any PO format and match it to your customers and products.
Which Odoo versions are supported?
PO2SO works with Odoo 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 - both Community and Enterprise editions. We connect via the standard XML-RPC API.
How accurate is the AI extraction?
Our AI achieves 95%+ accuracy on clearly typed POs. Scanned or handwritten documents may have lower accuracy. Each extraction includes a confidence score so you know when to review.

PO2SO is developed and operated by KOLO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, an Australian company specialising in business automation solutions.
Setup
How do I connect my Odoo?
In your portal settings, enter your Odoo URL, database name, username, and API key. Click "Test Connection" to verify. You'll need a user with access to create sales orders.
What email do I forward POs to?
Forward PO emails to orders@po2so.com. Make sure to send from one of your registered email addresses so we know it's you.
What if my customer or product isn't found?
You can enable "Auto Create Customer" and/or "Auto Create Product" in settings. Otherwise, the order goes to the review queue where you can manually approve or reject it.
Can I upload PDFs directly?
Yes! You can upload PO PDFs directly through the portal instead of forwarding emails. Just go to your dashboard and use the upload feature.
Processing
How fast is processing?
Most orders are processed in under 30 seconds. Emails are fetched every 5 minutes. High-confidence orders can be fully automatic with no human intervention.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Low-confidence orders go to the review queue. You can see the extracted data, edit if needed, and approve or reject. The original PDF is always attached for reference.
What's the confidence threshold?
The default threshold is 95%. Orders with confidence above this are auto-processed. You can adjust this in your settings (Growth plan and above).
Can I process orders 24/7?
Yes! PO2SO processes orders around the clock, even outside business hours. Orders received overnight will be ready when you start work.
Billing
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of free access with up to 10 orders per month. No credit card required. After the trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan or continue on the free tier.
What counts as an "order"?
Each PO processed counts as one order, regardless of the number of line items. Failed or rejected orders also count against your limit.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately. Contact support for enterprise pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer for annual plans. All prices are in AUD. GST is added for Australian customers.
How do I get an invoice?
Invoices are sent automatically to your registered email. All invoices include our ABN for Australian tax purposes.
Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your Odoo API credentials are encrypted using industry-standard methods. We conduct regular security audits.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on secure servers in Australia. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.
Do you access my Odoo data?
We only access your Odoo to read customers/products for matching and to create sales orders. We don't store your customer database - only order processing records.
